Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. PDT will be processed the following business day.

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $50 before taxes.

  • Upon placing an order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your selected shipping method. Shipping date estimates may be displayed on the shipping quotes page depending on your chosen option.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your items. You can find the weight of each item on its respective detail page.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details from the carrier. This could be Canada Post, Amazon FBA, FEDEX, USPS, or UPS. Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking information to become available.
