NENA Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
 At NENA Skincare, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
 The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Free samples

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)
 Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
 If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@nenaskincare.com.

Sale Items
 Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
