How do I use the Glacial Clay Mask?
Apply a generous layer of the Glacial Clay Mask to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes or until the mask dries. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with your usual skincare routine. For best results, use 1-2 times per week.
Can I use multiple NENA Skincare products together?

Do you test on animals?
No, NENA Skincare does not conduct product or ingredient tests on animals. We are certified cruelty-free by the Leaping Bunny Association.
How long will my product stay fresh, and how should I store it?
We recommend using our products within 12 months after opening. Unopened products can last up to 3 years. Store NENA products in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and excess moisture. Our cleansing cream can be stored in the shower.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from our shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24 business hours for the tracking information to be updated.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return products within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
